I promised him that he could be next to stand in for me. Is that not the cutest face you have ever seen?

Welcome quills! Thanks for agreeing with me, I just love it when that happens.

Yes! He is mine. We rescued him several years ago, and have been spoiling him ever since. Not only is he cute, but he sings on cue. (His favorite song is "How Much is That Doggie In the Window" of course) The only cloud on his horizon is his little sister, our Jack Russel Terrier. He just can't find the patience to deal with her. Most days I know just how he feels!

His name is Ben. When we got him, his name was Corky, but we just couldn't embrase that one. Our cat's name was Andy, so we decided we wanted something that was short, cuz he is little, that started with the letter B. So.... Now I can say "How ya been Ben?" and one of "his songs" is "I've Got You Ben," (a rendition of Sony and Cher's I Got You Babe.) Does the name change bother him? Not at all...... He'll come to any name..... Especially if you have a piece of cheese waiting for him. He is polite too...... He always barks "yes" when you ask him if he wants to do something, and barks "thank-you" when you give him treats. (Or is he barking "Yes! Of course I want some more.)
