The weather man was spot on..........................................

Instead of blogging and reading posts this morning I have been shoveling. Not only do I have OCD when it comes to people driving on my driveway before I get it shoveled, I am the only person in America that doesn't own a snowblower. My little blue shovel gives me a good workout and I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I am finished.

Yesterday my back yard was totally void of snow. Our driveway has been shoveled four times (Mister did is once before he left for work being the sweety that he is) so far, it isn't even noon, and there is no indication that the snow will being ending any time soon. Good times!

Thought I would share my view in the event that some of you live in warm weather climates and miss snow.

Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing those pictures. We almost never have snow here in London, and I LOVE snow!!
I used to love shoveling it too, it's such a sense of accomplishment when you look behind you and see what you've done. I love any such activity (like painting). And it is a great workout indeed.

Hi Dee,

Did you mean pictures or walls? I can't think of anything I dislike more than painting a room! Pictures on the other hand... now, that I wish I could do!

AH!! look at all that snow. We finally hit 40 here (yes, it sucks that I am not running yet and it is 40 degrees!!) and our snow is melting. I did make it outside with the dogs and .5 mile without much pain. Had some twinges when I came back but it is improvement. Hands still hurt so not doing much bloggin.

Happy Shoveling, I hope it wasn't too much.

Ah, that perspective thing again. This time of year you and I think of 40 degrees as a heat wave, and other folks would think of that temp as freezing cold!

I am sure the dogs are happy you are not running yet as it increases their chances of extra walks. Hang in there, you will be out pounding the pavement soon enough.
